I'm returning from two weeks in one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, Cape Town, South Africa. I created Girls Track with Cynthia Hass and Dell to provide teen girls a skills based entrepreneurship program which equips them the skills to start their own businesses. 20 girls from all over the United States, Australia, South Africa and the UK participated in interactive courses taught by entrepreneurs on ideation, storytelling and marketing, web design, budgeting and financing and goal setting.

While the girls learned these transferable skills, their task was to provide recommendations to local entrepreneurs from Cape Town's townships. It was such an honor to work with each and everyone of these young women and I can't wait to see what they create! Thanks Dell for understanding the importance of arming the next generation with the tools to create.
