I had a great week in one of my favorite cities, Austin with Dell at Dell EMC World. I had the pleasure of chatting with Natalie Zfat and Brian Fanzo on how millennials are influencing companies to rethink where "work" takes place and what tools are needed for productivity. Millennials will make up the majority of the workforce in 2020, which used to be the future. Dell and Intel's Future Ready Workforce Study found that the digital natives expect top the line technology at work and over 80% say that influences them when taking a job.
